Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and its users in connection with the use of internet-related services (“Services”) provided by the online shopping mall operated by SNB Tech (the “Shopping Mall”).
※ These Terms shall also apply, insofar as they do not conflict with their nature, to electronic commerce conducted through PC communications and other similar means.


Article 2 (Definitions)

  • ① The “Shopping Mall” means a virtual place of business established by the Shopping Mall, using information and communications facilities such as computers, to enable transactions of goods or services with users. The term may also refer to the business operator that operates the cyber mall.
  • ②“User”means any member or non-member who accesses the Shopping Mall and receives the Services provided by the Shopping Mall in accordance with these Terms.
  • ③“Member” means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Shopping Mall and who can continuously receive information from the Shopping Mall and continuously use the Services.
  • ④“Non-member”means a person who uses the Services provided by the Shopping Mall without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

  • ① The Shopping Mall shall post these Terms, along with its trade name, business address, name of representative, business registration number, and contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.), on the initial service screen (front page) of the Shopping Mall so that users can easily access them.
  • ② The Shopping Mall may revise these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.
  • ③ If the Shopping Mall revises these Terms, it shall specify the effective date and reasons for revision and provide notice on the initial screen of the Shopping Mall from at least 7 days prior to the effective date until the day before the effective date, together with the current Terms.
  • ④ Revised Terms shall apply only to contracts entered into on or after the effective date. Contracts entered into prior to the effective date shall remain governed by the previous Terms. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract expresses an intention to be subject to the revised Terms within the notice period under Paragraph 3 and obtains consent from the Shopping Mall, the revised Terms shall apply.
  • ⑤ Matters not specified herein and the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the government-established Guidelines for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, relevant laws and regulations, or customary practices.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

  • ① The Shopping Mall performs the following business operations:
    • 1. Providing information on goods or services and concluding purchase contracts;
    • 2. Delivering goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded;
    • 3. Other operations as determined by the Shopping Mall.
  • ② If goods are sold out or technical specifications change, etc., the Shopping Mall may change the content of goods/services to be provided under future contracts. In such case, the Shopping Mall shall specify the changed content and the date of provision and give notice at least 7 days prior to the date of provision at the place where the current content is posted.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

  • ① The Shopping Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of Services due to maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown of information and communications facilities such as computers, communication failure, or similar reasons.
  • ② In the event of suspension under Paragraph 1, the Shopping Mall shall notify users in the manner set forth in Article 8.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

  • ① A user may apply for membership by filling in the membership form designated by the Shopping Mall and indicating consent to these Terms.
  • ② The Shopping Mall shall register the applicant as a member unless the applicant falls under any of the following:
    • 1. The applicant previously lost membership qualification pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3, unless three (3) years have elapsed since such loss and the Shopping Mall has approved re-registration;
    • 2. The registration contains false information, omissions, or typographical errors;
    • 3. The Shopping Mall determines that registering the applicant would cause significant technical difficulties.
  • ③ The membership agreement is deemed concluded when the Shopping Mall’s acceptance reaches the member.
  • ④ If any registered information changes, the member shall promptly notify the Shopping Mall of such change by e-mail or other means.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership Qualification)

  • ① A member may request withdrawal at any time, and the Shopping Mall shall process the withdrawal without delay.
  • ② The Shopping Mall may restrict or suspend membership qualification if a member falls under any of the following:
    • 1. Registering false information at the time of application;
    • 2. Failing to pay, by the due date, the price of goods/services purchased through the Shopping Mall or other debts borne in connection with the use of the Shopping Mall;
    • 3. Interfering with another person’s use of the Shopping Mall or misappropriating information, thereby threatening electronic transaction order;
    • 4. Engaging in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms or acts contrary to public order and good morals through use of the Shopping Mall.
  • ③ If the same act is repeated two (2) or more times after restriction/suspension, or if the cause is not remedied within thirty (30) days, the Shopping Mall may terminate the member’s qualification.
  • ④ If the Shopping Mall terminates a member’s qualification, it shall cancel the membership registration. In such case, the Shopping Mall shall notify the member and provide an opportunity to explain before cancellation.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

  • ① When the Shopping Mall provides notice to a member, it may do so via the e-mail address submitted by the member to the Shopping Mall.
  • ② For notices to an unspecified number of members, the Shopping Mall may substitute individual notice by posting on the Shopping Mall bulletin board for at least one (1) week.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

  • ① A user may apply for purchase on the Shopping Mall by the following methods:
    • 1. Entering name, address, and telephone number;
    • 2. Selecting goods or services;
    • 3. Selecting a payment method;
    • 4. Indicating agreement to these Terms (e.g., mouse click).

Article 10 (Formation of Contract)

  • ① The Shopping Mall shall accept a purchase application under Article 9 unless any of the following applies:
    • 1.The application contains false information, omissions, or typographical errors;
    • 2.A minor purchases goods/services prohibited under the Juvenile Protection Act, such as tobacco or alcohol;
    • 3.The Shopping Mall determines that acceptance would cause significant technical difficulties.
  • ② A contract is deemed formed when the Shopping Mall’s acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.

Article 11 (Payment Methods)

  • ① Payment for goods or services purchased from the Shopping Mall may be made by one of the following methods:
    • 1.Bank transfer;
    • 2.Credit card;
    • 3.Virtual account;
    • 4.Mobile phone payment;
    • 5.Direct deposit (wire transfer without bankbook).

Article 12 (Receipt Confirmation Notice; Change/Cancellation of Purchase Application)

  • ① The Shopping Mall shall send a receipt confirmation notice when a user submits a purchase application.
  • ② If there is any discrepancy in intent, a user who has received the confirmation notice may request changes or cancellation immediately after receipt.
  • ③ If a user requests changes or cancellation before shipment, the Shopping Mall shall process the request without delay.

Article 13 (Delivery)

The Shopping Mall shall separately specify the delivery method, the party responsible for delivery costs, and the delivery period for purchased goods. If a consumer requests a change or exchange due to a change of mind, all delivery-related costs shall be borne by the consumer.


Article 14 (Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges)

  • ① If the Shopping Mall cannot deliver goods or provide services due to reasons such as out-of-stock, it shall notify the user without delay. If payment has been received in advance, the Shopping Mall shall cancel the contract and initiate refund procedures within three (3) days from the date of receipt of payment; otherwise, within three (3) days from the date such reason occurs.
  • ② In the following cases, even for delivered goods, the Shopping Mall shall, upon receiving returned goods, take immediate refund/return/exchange measures on the next business day in accordance with the user’s request. The request deadline is within thirty (30) days from the delivery date:
    • 1.The delivered goods differ from the order details or from the information provided by the Shopping Mall;
    • 2.The delivered goods are damaged, defective, or contaminated;
    • 3.Delivery is delayed beyond the delivery period indicated in advertisements;
    • 4.The user’s offer was made without required advertising disclosures under Article 18 of the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc.


Article 15 (Personal Information Protection Policy)

  • ① The basic user information submitted for use of the Shopping Mall shall not be used for any other purpose.
  • ② If the user’s basic information is leaked or used for other purposes, the Shopping Mall shall be liable to compensate the user for damages incurred.


Article 16 (Obligations of the Shopping Mall)

  • ① The Shopping Mall shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms or acts contrary to public order and good morals, and shall make best efforts to provide goods/services continuously and stably as set forth herein.
  • ② The Shopping Mall shall establish a security system to protect users’ personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use the internet services.
  • ③ If the Shopping Mall causes damage to a user by engaging in unfair labeling/advertising as defined under Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, it shall be liable for such damages.
  • ④ The Shopping Mall shall not send commercial advertising e-mails to users who do not wish to receive them.


Article 17 (Member’s ID and Password)

  • ① Except as provided in Article 15, the member is responsible for managing their ID and password.
  • ② The member shall not allow any third party to use their ID and password.
  • ③ If a member becomes aware that their ID/password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify the Shopping Mall and follow the Shopping Mall’s instructions.


Article 18 (User’s Obligations)

  • ① Users shall not engage in the following acts. The Shopping Mall shall not be liable for any damage caused by false information provided by the user:
    • 1. Registering false information when applying or making changes;
    • 2. Altering information posted on the Shopping Mall;
    • 3. Transmitting or posting information (including computer programs) other than information designated by the Shopping Mall;
    • 4. Infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights of the Shopping Mall or any third party;
    • 5. Damaging the reputation of the Shopping Mall or any third party or interfering with their business;
    • 6. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and good morals on the Shopping Mall.


Article 19 (Copyright Ownership and Restrictions on Use)

  • ① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Shopping Mall belong to the Shopping Mall.
  • ② Users shall not, without prior consent of the Shopping Mall, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for commercial purposes information obtained through use of the Shopping Mall, nor allow any third party to use such information.


Article 20 (Dispute Resolution)

  • ① The Shopping Mall shall make best efforts to reflect reasonable opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
  • ② The Shopping Mall shall prioritize handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. If prompt handling is difficult, the Shopping Mall shall promptly notify the user of the reason and the expected schedule for handling.
  • ③ Disputes between the Shopping Mall and users may be resolved through mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established under Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce and Article 15 of its Enforcement Decree.


Article 21 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  • ① Lawsuits regarding electronic commerce disputes between the Shopping Mall and users shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
  • ② Korean law shall govern lawsuits regarding electronic commerce brought between the Shopping Mall and users.
(Effective Date) These Terms shall take effect from January 2026.
