The Shopping Mall collects the minimum required personal information at the time of membership registration to provide membership services, subscription services, and order/delivery services.

4) Information Automatically Generated and Collected During Service Use/Processing

• Required: IP address, Cookies, Service usage records, Access logs, Payment records, Suspension records

2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Shopping Mall uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

1) Performance of contracts and settlement of fees for service provision:
Providing content, processing purchases and payments, delivering goods, and sending invoices/billing documents, etc.

2) Member management:
Identity verification for membership services, personal identification, age verification, confirmation of legal guardian consent when collecting personal information of children under age 14, and delivery of notices

3) Marketing and advertising:
Analyzing access frequency and compiling statistics on members’ service use

In principle, the Shopping Mall does not provide users’ personal information to third parties. Exceptions apply in the following cases:

- Where required by law or where investigative authorities request it in accordance with lawful procedures for investigative purposes

4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

To improve services, the Shopping Mall outsources certain personal information processing tasks as follows and stipulates necessary matters in outsourcing agreements to ensure personal information is safely managed in accordance with applicable laws.

Retention period: Until membership withdrawal or termination of the outsourcing agreement.

5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, once the purpose of collection and use is achieved, the Shopping Mall destroys the information without delay. However, if retention is required under relevant laws, the Shopping Mall retains member information for the period prescribed by such laws as follows:

Legal basis: Records related to contracts or withdrawal of subscription/offer

Retention period: 3 years

In addition, the Shopping Mall retains the following records in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.: Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription/offer: 5 years

6. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedures and methods are as follows:

A. Destruction Procedure

Information entered by users for membership registration, etc. is transferred to a separate database (or stored in a separate file for paper documents) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws (see “Retention and Use Period”), and then destroyed. Such information will not be used for any purpose other than retention unless required by law.

B. Destruction Method

Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.
Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery of the records.

7. Users’ and Legal Representatives’ Rights and How to Exercise Them

Users may at any time view or modify their registered personal information and may also request termination of membership.

To view or correct personal information, users may access “Edit Personal Information” (or “Edit Member Information,” etc.). To terminate membership (withdraw consent), users may click “Withdraw Membership” and complete identity verification to directly view, correct, or withdraw.

Alternatively, if you contact the Personal Information Manager by written request, phone, or email, we will take action without delay.

If you request correction of errors in personal information, the Shopping Mall will not use or provide such personal information until the correction is completed. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the Shopping Mall will notify the third party of the correction without delay to ensure the correction is made.

Personal information that has been terminated or deleted at the user’s request will be processed in accordance with the “Retention and Use Period” and will not be accessed or used for other purposes.

8. Installation/Operation and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

A. Purpose of Using Cookies, etc.

Cookies may be used to analyze access frequency and visit time of members and non-members, identify users’ preferences and interests and track browsing behavior, measure participation and visit counts in events, and provide targeted marketing and personalized services.

You have the right to choose whether to install cookies. You may configure your web browser options to allow all cookies, prompt you each time a cookie is saved, or refuse all cookies.

B. How to Refuse Cookie Settings

Cookies are used to understand usage patterns across the Shopping Mall and related services/websites visited by users, popular search terms, security connection status, news editing, and user scale, in order to provide optimized, customized information including advertisements.

C. Installation/Operation and Refusal of Cookies

Example: You may refuse cookie settings by selecting your web browser options to allow all cookies, prompt confirmation whenever a cookie is saved, or refuse all cookies.

The Shopping Mall implements the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information and prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage:

A. Password Encryption

Passwords for Shopping Mall member IDs are encrypted for storage and management, and only the member can know them. Personal information can be viewed or changed only by the member who knows the password.

B. Measures Against Hacking, etc.

The Shopping Mall makes best efforts to prevent leakage or damage of personal information due to hacking or computer viruses.

We regularly back up data, use up-to-date antivirus software to prevent leakage or damage of personal information and data, and use encrypted communications to securely transmit personal information over networks.

We also use intrusion prevention systems to control unauthorized external access and strive to implement all feasible technical measures to enhance system security.

C. Minimization and Training of Personnel Handling Personal Information

Personnel handling personal information are limited to designated staff. Separate passwords are assigned and periodically updated, and regular training is provided to emphasize compliance with this Privacy Policy.

D. Operation of a Dedicated Privacy Protection Organization

In such cases, the email will clearly display the label “(Advertisement)” so that members can easily recognize it as advertising. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the collection of personal information by websites linked from the Shopping Mall.

13. Duty to Notify

If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy, the Shopping Mall will provide notice through the “Notices” section of the website at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, for significant changes affecting users’ rights—such as the collection and use of personal information or provision to third parties—the Shopping Mall will provide notice at least 30 days in advance.
