Shipping Information
  • Your order will be securely shipped via Korea Post Parcel Service. Shipping is free on orders over KRW 100,000.
  • The average delivery time is 2–3 business days. (Delivery time may be longer during holidays, and weekends/public holidays are not counted. For bank transfer payments, processing begins from the date of payment confirmation.)
  • For shipment tracking, please use the Korea Post tracking service.
  • If shipping is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock items or supplier-related issues), we will contact you by phone.
  • For combined shipping or address changes after purchase, please contact our customer service center or submit a request via My Shopping > 1:1 Inquiry.

Exchange & Return Policy Eligible for Exchange/Return
  1. If the product is defective or differs from the online description, you may request an exchange/return within 7 days of receipt (including the delivery date).
  2. If shipping was free at the time of purchase, please include KRW 5,000 for the shipping fee and return the item via prepaid shipping.
  3. If you paid shipping separately at checkout, please return the item via prepaid shipping.
Not Eligible for Exchange/Return
  1. Returns/exchanges are not available in the following cases:
    The product has been lost, damaged, or altered due to the customer’s responsibility (including the product itself and original packaging; excluding the outer shipping box).
  2. More than 7 days have passed since the delivery date (including the delivery date).
  3. The product’s value has decreased due to use.
  4. Other cases where cancellation is expected to cause significant loss to the seller, such as made-to-order/custom-made items produced upon individual orders.
Order Cancellation / Changes
  • For changes to items or shipping address, or to add items before shipment, please leave a request under “Product Inquiry.”
    Please note that orders are dispatched from 10:00 AM, and requests may not be processed once the order has been shipped.
  • When the order status is “Preparing Product,” you can cancel the order directly in Order History on the website.
    When the status is “Preparing Shipment,” cancellation or changes may not be possible, as the order may already have been shipped.
  • If you request a change, please provide the exact product name and the desired size/color.
     - If the request details are unclear, additional confirmation may be required, which can delay processing.
     - If you change an item before shipment, delivery may be delayed depending on stock availability of the new item.
  • Even if the order status shows “Preparing Shipment,” packing may have already started and the parcel may have been handed over to the carrier. In such cases, if you wish to cancel or change the order, you may need to receive the package first and proceed with an exchange/return at your expense (prepaid return shipping). Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Processing
  • Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Refund can be confirmed within 1–2 business days after the refund request is received.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Processing may take 3–5 business days from the cancellation approval date.
  • Real-Time Bank Transfer: The refund will be automatically deposited to the bank account used for payment within 3–5 business days from the cancellation approval date.
  • Mobile Payment (full cancellation only within the same month): Full cancellation may take 3–5 business days from the approval date.
     - Partial cancellations are not available for mobile payments.
